Bloomington, Indiana Times reporters Justin Weaver, Belinda Fanelli, Andy and Jozette Kline are sent to St. Louis to cover the G-8 meetings being held at the art museum in Forest Park. There are always protests but as it happens this year three terrorist groups are combining forces to blow up the meeting, kill the leaders and throw the world into chaos. Shortly after checking into their hotel rooms a man is murdered right in front of them and they are thrust into harms way. The terrorists are pathological killers and won't be stopped in their quest. The reporters try to stay out of the way but are still drawn into the affair. Justin's father, the elusive intelligence operative Philip Randolph, is on the scene to help but things still spiral out of control as the day approaches when the terrorists intend to strike. Justin, Belinda, Andy and Jozette are in the art museum on that fateful Friday as the terrorists are assembling a nuclear bomb in the basement. It will take all their wiles and then some to survive this ordeal.
